Jay,

Even assuming the dermoid was perfectly benign, I would also be oncerned about destruction of the ovary by an enlarging mass. There are no pediatric surgeons in Santa Fe, but I'm assuming they've developed laparoscopic skills along with the rest of us. Good luck to this little girl... -------
