For some unknown reason, the entire list was set to postpone.. This is the reason that the listserv has not been received for several days..

My apologies to everyone who sent messages over the last few days. I encourage you to send them again..

The side effect of this change is that I had to set everyone to the individual post format. In order to change back to digest complete this very simple step..

Send email to: listserv@bcm.tmc.edu leave the subject line blank (it will be ignored even if something must be placed there) In the BODY of the message type: set OB-GYN-L mail digest

thanks to Bruce Speyer for figuring this out.. and sorry for the inconvenience.. let the conversation continue..

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
