SInce then multiple surgeries to reviese her colostomy along with a radical Masectomy for Breast Ca. About a yr ago she was refered to me with a 6 cm R adenexal mass. Had bowel prep, insertion of urethral catherters and with her general surgeon appproached this abdomen. 3&1/2 hrs later after resection of an area of small bowel that had enterotomies and extensive adhesiolysis were were finally able to reach the pelvis which had multiple thick adhesions. Ovary removed serous cystademoma. This patients abdomen is frozen. So what to do????

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
