After debulking surgery and 6 courses of Platinol combination chemotherapy the Ca-125 began to rise, to pre-op levels. CT neg. 2nd look lap - many enlarged nodes, shown to represent Sarcoidosis flare-up. She had had lung sarcoidosis for a few years now.
