Ca-125 and SarcoidosisFrom: mdjacob@techunix.technion.ac.ilWed Jun 19 09:23:58 1996
Hi Listers! I have a 40 y.o. patient with advanced ovarian cancer. After debulking surgery and 6 courses of Platinol combination chemotherapy the Ca-125 began to rise, to pre-op levels. CT neg. 2nd look lap - many enlarged nodes, shown to represent Sarcoidosis flare-up. She had had lung sarcoidosis for a few years now. Any information on the behaviour of Ca-125 in sarcoidosis flare ups? Dr. J
