well since thursday afternnon now have added 900 miles to my bike.. I ride a lot..usually 50-100 miles a day if I can usually after work I try to ride an hout or two..it is my drug of choice,,GGGGG

I have been riding motorcycles since I was 13 <30 years> and I tend to ride a lot. My HD dresser is five weeks old/4000 miles on it as of today. this coming week-end I am riding from milwaukee wisconsin <home of harley davidson> to the black hills in south dakota then up through north dakota and then to northern minnesota and northern wisconsin then home.. should be 2200 miles without the enevitable extra trips here and there. the black hills is where dead wood and sturgis are. I am going a few weeks before the sturgis bike rally where usually 80,000 bikers party for the week. the area is famous for the western folklore <real life people> wild bill hickock and calamity jane and is near the badlands a rough territory where the outlaw gangs like the james gang and billy the kid etc hung out/hid at times. mount rushmore is also near by.

I tend to find it easy to take a detour of 45-50 miles to get to and from the hospital ..the land here is at the south end of a national/state forest area..lots of very fun to ride on county roads..well paved, with plenty of greenery/scenery and hills. a great area to live in for biking.

Mark.
