Can some one help me for the following case I have got on my office? (Sorry, my english is weak) Women, 26 years old, without any medical hystory presents inter- mentrual bleedings two months ago. Physician orders hysterography witch shows cavity enlarged, ithme and cervix enlarged ("béance ithmique"), endometrial hyperplasia, and obtruction of proximal portion on both fallopian tubes. Endometrial curetage have been made by this M.D. to stop bleeding. I have performed an echography and an hysteroscopy witch did not give nothing else. No adenomyosis. No D.E.S. syndrome. This women want pregnancy. Do you have any proposition on etiology and therapeutic. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
