I know that many pediatricians discourage breastfeeding twins, but I have had several moms do just fine. I have advised the patient that it really depends somewhat on her supply, but if the demand is demonstrated the supply should be there. Any comments? The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit.
