In message <2.2.16.19960604164216.090f3a92@unix.ccc.nottingham.ac.uk>, Jason Gardosi <jason.gardosi@nottingham.ac.uk> writes >The Cochrane Pregnancy and Childbirth database is being quoted increasingly >on this list, Jason, I certainly agree on this one. It is not only the fact that some of the meta-analyses seem to be suspect, but also that if they are not up-adted in the light of subsequnt RCTs then they are quoted as "Gospel", whereas in fac they're "Old Testament".

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
