I would be grateful for advice on what to do with an intra uterine death between 20 and 30 weeks after a probable abruption.

Do tetanic or Couvelaire uteri contract easily? For induction what would the list recommend? Here some use Cervagem/Gemeprost 1 mg 3hrly upto X5, some recomend ARM and syntocinon as early as possible. Is there any time limit or recommendation of when one should to have delivered by? Some books recommend 6 hrs. Anybody got useful advice on using Willett forceps?

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
