Daniel Braun: "Re: vaginal breech" Would appreciate any info regarding current prenatal diagnosis for Menke's syndrome. I had a patient today whose maternal aunt's son died from this disorder. Prior recommendation to her was for genetic amniocentesis with each pregnancy. Is there a genetic marker for this syndrome? And instead could I offer her carrier testing as an alternative? The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
