do some docs in redwood do vaginal breech?

midwest ob's trained in the midwest do vaginal breech more often than not as a GENERAL rule. docs trained in the east seem to section breech's as a GENERAL rule in our expierence <in my neck of the woods>.

what is the general thought process in the west... <I know I know..a very broad an encompassing assumption and begging for a braodly encompassing answer.>
