I think it is reasonable to treat her for 1) asymptomatic bacteriuria of pregnancy... reculture at intervals and treat if positive again, and also consider her 2) heavily colonized with GBBS and treat 'prophylactically' when she goes in labor (or if she has anything else untoward, like PROM, Preterm labor, etc).
