Yes to both, and we offer different aneuploidy risks (maternal age related) for twins than for singletons...the end result of which is that the threshold age for offering prenatal diagnosis is 32 years of age in this group (risk for any twin to have a chromosomal problem is 1/179 at term, which ~ the 1/192 risk of a 35 year old with a singleton pregnancy).

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit.
