Overall it is felt to be increased in twin gestations ( the review I have been using is that of Little J & Bryan E: Congenital anomalies in twins. Semin Perinatol 10:50, 1986) and certainly if monozygous. Level II U/S scans is offered to all pregnant women here, and growth will be followed by U/S from week 22 in twins.
