what should I do with a primim. 15 weeks who have a urin cult postive at >100 000 strept gr B but with microsc (bact +++, leuco=0 , pus =0) nourin. symptom. at 12 weeks she receive nitrofurantoin 100 bid for same problem. 1) Should we treat another time with nitrofurantoin (allergic to peni ) ? 2) if bacteriuria persists should I give her a prophylax. of nitrofur. ? The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
