I am offering dinner for the first to guess the pathology of the following
case..
Rules: One guess, one diagnosis per person per day. The first to get the
pathology
correct will get dinner for 2 on me the next time they are in Houston (your
choice
of restaurant)
Disclaimer: Not open to Baylor people familiar with the case.
The case is a 32 y/o black female with a 3 year history of a growing
clitoral mass. At exam it was 6 centimeters. It was resected under spinal
anesthesia.
