Midwifery/Ob-Gyn Ethcs

I'm carrying out some research into ethics during child-bearing, but not being a health professional (I'm a Philosopher/Ethicist, if I want to describe myself as anything!) I'm not sure what the current debates *are*, and am struggling with a less than adequate library stock, so material I have is dated about mid-70s to early-80s roughly. Could anyone email me with their perceptions (even if you are outside the UK, as I'm trying to take account of political differences and trends in my research). Email me at A.M.McLaren@phil.hull.ac.uk

Thanks in advance.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
