Dr. Rossmann,

Did you include in your survey the percentage of smokers whose parents also smoked?

I believe that this is a significantly high number and would keep a lot of people from prosecuting the culprits behind their fatal addiction.

We use counseling and prevention codes to some degree, but they cannot be associated with nicotine addiction, rather the prevention of heart and lung disease.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit.
