The reference I have about Naboth for a paper I wrote a few years back is from: Morton LT. A medical bibliography, 3rd ed. London" A. Deutsch, 1970:1216.

Unfortunately, I cannot find my copy of that page and cannot provide you with any more information.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit.
