With oligohydramnios and FGR I would deliver. Ordinarily 29 week neonates do pretty well in the nursery. This patient has already lost 3 preterm neonates and I can understand your hesitancy to proceed. I guess you could follow her closely with NST and/or CST but I suspect you won't get too much more time if the ultrasound is accurate.
