Re: 25weeks pregnancy,transverse situation,SPRM,80 F.H.BFrom: DoctorJoe@aol.comThu May 16 07:56:18 1996
<<Could you give some advice about the correct procedure,25 weeks of pregnancy,SPRM,transverse situation ,procidence of upper arms and 80 FHB.>> It all depends on what your neonatologist can do with a 25 week baby (did you get an estimated fetal weight?). If the baby had a chance in the nursery, then the obstetric indication (abnormal lie) for a c-section was present. If the baby had no chance in the nursery, then allowing vaginal delivery was probably appropriate. ************************************************* doctorjoe@aol.com "All things are connected. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
