25weeks pregnancy,transverse situation,SPRM,80 F.H.B

All Cyber-obs: Yesterday ,the 3erd year resident assist a vaginal delivery in a patient 24 years old. Nuliparous with 25 weeks of pregnancy,regular menses.She arrived with cervix 5cm and 30 %effacement. Transversal situation.Spontaneous rupture of membranes.Procidence of upper arms.The hand was in vagina.F.H.R was 80 beats .Was delivered 2 hours later a stillborn.The neonathologyst asked me why Idid not maked a cesarean section. Could you give some advice about the correct procedure,25 weeks of pregnancy,SPRM,transverse situation ,procidence of upper arms and 80 FHB.
