Thank you for your reply. The clinical representative from Genzyme knew of 8 cases without adverse effect. A heme-onc specialist from UCLA is about to report 6 additional cases. The clinical representative's conclusion was concordant with yours.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit.
