We've been treating such patients with Ceredase for some time now, and have been waiting for just such a case!

After some discussion around the coffee machine (i.e., no real data to our knowledge), we've decided that we would treat as if non-pregnant with the knowledge that the hCG contamination may skew your triple test results - should you so inclined. We'll be awaiting your follow-up, as well as learning about whatever information you receive from Genzyme.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
