Mark, Call your "local" Medical Geneticist. It sounds like the family may be a candidate for the BRCA 1 and 2 analysis. Although colon is not part of this, a p53 mutation may. Thus, your geneticist could "hook" you up to someone who is doing such research. Allan Fisher,MD
