You can use local Testosterone ( cream ) wiht good result. If you want to relief the pruritus as soon as you have to use corticoid ( subcutaneous administration, with a fine needle . You have to aply in several sites of the diseased vulva) Dib Abdalla Chacur dibchacur@ax.apc.org Brazil
