Great. We had hoped that the Frank technique would work. It certainly is the first choice. I think that my patient could have bee successful, if we could have mounted the dilator or seats like Ingram reported, although she had a thick fibrous band in the recto-vesicle plane.

The beauty of the procedure we describe is the ease of the surgery, and the margin of error.
