Mark Great. We had hoped that the Frank technique would work. It certainly is the first choice. I think that my patient could have bee successful, if we could have mounted the dilator or seats like Ingram reported, although she had a thick fibrous band in the recto-vesicle plane. The beauty of the procedure we describe is the ease of the surgery, and the margin of error. Rick

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
