Rick, I look forward to reading your case. I have a young lady who is just now successfully completing dilation with Frank dilators. The procedure took about 3 months to create a 2x6 cavity. And now, she is using the large milex dilators and expects marriage in mid summer.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
