I'm sorry about my bad english. In first place I congratulate you for the excelent job about de gelfoam, but is only for countries in the first world. I'm not agree with you about the treatment used in this patient. First, the external version is contraindicated in cesarean sections. The second contraindication is the myoma. At least in cesarean section only the cesarean section, no the myomectomy. If the patient was bledding de histerectomy was indicated sincerely yours
