Mark, I had a patient who had a bloody discharge from her bartholins gland. Occurred while she was pregnant. No mass. No cyst. Could actually see the discharge from the duct upon massage. Pap of discharge was negative. Went away after delivery. Never did find out anything more about it. Mitch
