No Richard ,I don't think you are. I tell pts ("clients") what I am doing while I am doing an internal exam and ask them to tell me if they are in pain and I will stop. I have yet to have a pt decline when she knows it may speed up labor.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit.
