I have a lot of patients coming complaning about dispareeunia, and blood from the vagina. I believe that another thing that you may ask and look for is if she has a supereficial or deep disparreunia, and check uretra for bleeding. I had a weird case with a patient wheree she had a Skeenitis and her complain was a vaginal discharge and a lump in her vagina that disappear only aftere sex... The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
