According to your request about clomiphene and Pergonal single shot...

We have a protocol called minessota for this purpose. we use CC 100 mg from day 3 til 7, one ampule of Pergonal on day 9 and US on day 10 to check the ovaries. Of course wee start with a US in the beggining of the cycle to check if there is any cyst. If the follicle reach 18 mm or bigger we give Profasi and after 24 hours insemination.

The results with this protocol are very low, we cannot recruit more than 1 or 2 follicles.

OF course, we perform a US in the beggining of the cycle to check for any cyst

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
