Thanks for the comment. I think the patient HERSELF has declined to take estrogen on the advice of her internist. She's also been concerned about breast cancer irrationally. She has recently moved into our area and we are trying to redesign her program. I mentioned to her the difference between OC's and HRT but I don't think she's quite sold on it yet.

You know 2 pack per day smokers have got to be pretty stubborn people if they're not downright psychotic. This woman is not mentally ill but she's a bit on the bullheaded side.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
