she does think it is vaginal blood. could have her try a tampon and brig it in...that way maybe I could find some blood. she has described definite blood several times yet the exam is absolutely negative in the office..and boy have I looked..swabbed..changed the speculum around. and the like. ua negative. cysto is on my mind as well..even presented that to her. she is different enough in her "on the bed manners" <her equivelent of bedside manner> that you get a strong urge to think she is nuts..cuz she is weird...but she does complain at four week interval about this. want to go the distance on working it up..prove she's right..or that I am. but find out,,don't just guess.

thanks for the thought. may prove she's correct and then go from there.

I may do a colpo too.

provera was suggested..may try that too.

thanks

Mark

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
