I would like to hear from reproductive docs or anyone else using a protocol of clomid 100mgs day 3-7 or 5-9 in conjunction with one single dose of pergoanl. with reported successful pregnancy rates of 20% per cycle it is tempting to use it. Is this safe for a primary doc to do or do you need immediate return times on estradiols and the like? Is there much risk of hyperstim with one dose per cycle pergonal? twin/triplett rate? any ideas would be appreciated. thanks Mark mark decker md major surgery is done on me obgyn minor surgery I do one someone else. west bend wi I need to remember that. <perspective>.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
