I'm glad your patient did well. All of the Jehovah's Witness patients I've cared for over the years were unwilling to receive even their own blood once it has left them. How did you convince the patient (and her support system) to allow this?

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit.
