The indication for delivery is obvious. The question is by what means.... Either you section her under MgSO4 prophylaxis(bolus plus maintenance) now or induce labour in the absence of fetal distress( with MgSO4 prophylaxis). The problem is that you already have impending liver damage. Do you really have 9 or more hours to induce labour and safely deliver? I think not. Preeclampsia is a disease of mother and immediate delivery with seizure prophylaxis removes the uteroplacental unit and hopefully limits the damage already done.
