ts of management/screening do you do for women with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome who are pregnant? Is there a possibility of IUGR or SGA with these women? What about the low grade temperature they frequently have have. Can anyone cite some references dealing with research about CFS? The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
