VBAC and External Version

So, the group has been discussing VBAC for some time. What are your thoughts about external cephalic version for pts with 1 (or more) prior c-sections.

I know of 1 study in this area (Flamm). The results were very encouraging but it was an extremely small study.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit.
