I'll keep this short. I would also consider, besides Pro S and C, an Antithrombin III and the new kid on the block, Factor V. There was a poster at ACMG this year from Salt Lake that makes this relationship. These all are autosomal dominant inherited with variable expression. According to OMIM, the latter deficiency is at a higher frequency than the other three.
