Robin, I know of at least one reference - it's at work (computer access at home). I'll check it out at work and send it off to you. BUT, since I leave from work tomorrow to speak out of town, it will be at least Thursday, 4/4, before I can e-mail it. If I'm remembering correctly, the article was called <The Labor Admissions Test> -- it was in one of those hard cover periodicals - Clinics in Perinatology or similar journal.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
