Admission CTG (NST)From: Robin Burr (RWB@kogs.demon.co.uk)Mon Apr 1 09:07:59 1996
Can anyone out there help with references to recent work (ie past 10 years) on the use and value of performing a CTG (NST) on women at admission to labour ward whether or not in labour? Anything even vaguely along these lines, including any consensus conference type statements, will be useful as the midwife researching this here has had very little luck with a literature search. Many thanks in advance. -- Robin Burr Research Fellow Obstetrics & Gynaecology

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
