There was a study in the green journal last year that looked at VBAC at 3+ c/s and found no contraindication for TOL - I don't know if they stratified those with 5 sections however.

This is of personal interest to me as I just screened a patient with 5 sections myself and her belly was rather, shall we say, tired? :(

I think this is an area where previous op notes, if done correctly would guide me - if there is note of a significantly thin LUS then I'd think hard before proceeding.
