the Lactaid, enabling people to continue OCP's that consider themselves lactose intolerant, but, cynical as we are, we wonder how much of this effect is between the ears. The Lactaid gets expensive, and the plans don't usually cover it. I'm new on this list, and I am really enjoying it, learning a lot!

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
