re 36 weeks and creat increasing

I too would like to see the urate result. I think this woman has significant renal impairment as a primary condition. Not preeclamspia. As long as her and her baby remain well, there is no need to induce but you will find that her BP will rise. After delivery she will require close watching and maybe a renal followup.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
