Yes please, Richard. I have been wanting this very reference for a while. I think the author is someone called Brown and its from Australia - that's all I remember, but its not enough to search on medline (?Journal of Hypertension or something)

It's good ammo for us juniors when our midwives moan about doing a 24 hr collection if the dips negative!

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
