With extremely close monitoring of breasts, I think this is reasonable 5 years. post diagnosis with no recurrence. However, if the menopausal problem is only osteoporotic in nature, could you consider increasing calcium absorption with a drug such as calcitrol? It would enable avoiding the oestrogen risk. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit.
