I would not dismiss the idea of a 13 y.o.in the c/s room out of hand. The idea of a "dry run" is an excellent one. It should identify any difficulties with the 13 y.o. and allow you, as the captain of the ship, to evaluate the situation first hand. You might find you are no longer opposed after the dress rehearsal.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit.
