Re: 13 year old in the OR for C-secFrom: Pal Wolner-Hanssen (pal.wolner-hanssen@mailbox.swipnet.se)Mon Mar 18 14:39:10 1996
In 1983, I took my 8 and 6-year-old daughters in the O.R. to watch a colleague perform c-sections. Afterwards, they made the most charming and detailed drawings expressing their feelings. The drawing of the 8-year-old was later printed on the front side of the Journal of the Swedish Medical Association. They are now both in the medical school and love it.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
